All Tours begin at 10:00 AM at the Fairhope Welcome Center.
Educational and entertaining Fairhope by Foot tours with Alan Samry.
Tours last approximately one hour and cover one mile.
April 3 – In the Footsteps of Fairhope’s Founders
Stroll through the center of town following the footsteps and tracing the places of Fairhope’s pioneers.
April 10 – From Downtown Businesses to Bay Views
Put on your best walking shoes as this Fairhope by Foot tour takes you past landmark buildings, homes of town founders, early hotels, and bay views from Knoll Park.
April 17 – Fairhope Public Library
Take a walk from past to present public library locations and hear Fairhope’s 120 years of literary history.
April 24 – Art and Architecture
This uptown walk explores public art, artists, local builders, and historic buildings.

Free Personal Walking Tours for Small Groups (Maximum 8 people) “Small City, Big History Tour” begins and ends uptown, Section St. and Fairhope Ave. “Bluff and Bay Tour” begins and ends at Henry George Park. Tour distance is about 1 mile and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Tipping is not necessary, but greatly appreciated.
